The warranty on products manufactured by Outdoor Kitchen S.r.l., are covered by the two-year legal warranty as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6th September 2005) effective from the date of delivery. The warranty for appliances is different. (see our art.3.3)
We have also created our all-inclusive warranty extension which includes: travel, maintenance and spare parts where necessary (for more details)

Yes. Obviously the company proposes in the catalogues the use of household appliances supplied by connected partners and guaranteed by the individual manufacturers; however the customer can enter other brands of household appliances not supplied by our partnerships and will have their own guarantee activated directly by the customer.

No. A clear concept that has evolved with our specialization is the use of latest generation technologies used to meet the needs of the Outdoor market. We use the same gaskets in the world of refrigeration: sealing closures which, thanks to the low coloration on the painted surface and the low migration of plasticizers, as per ASTM D 1043 and ASTM D2383 standards, resist medium-low as well as medium-high temperatures (-40 ° + 60 °)

No. Our kitchens are painted and treated with polyester paints. The product is particularly suitable for the treatment of artifacts placed outdoors, for which excellent resistance over time to UV rays and bad weather is required.

Our company works ex works, it is therefore understood that the sale price of the goods does not include transport, but we offer a qualified and specialized staff in the transport and assembly of our models with the necessary experience to fully guarantee the rules on safety and a secure logistic service.

Our kitchens are specifically designed to withstand all weather conditions, but it is highly recommended to cover them with a protective sheet (which we provide) during prolonged non-use.

The Quid has a weight of about 400 Kg, it will therefore be necessary to check with your manufacturer the possibility of having a suitable structure to support this type of weight.

Outdoor Kitchen Srl is at your disposal at any time through the various contact channels. Pursuant to articles 128 to 135 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to obtain from the seller an intervention under warranty in the 24 months following the delivery date. The call and intervention with replacement of the defective asset, will be completely free.

No. Our ceramics that reproduce stones, marbles and woods present in nature, texturized effects, cements, plasters, oxides or three-dimensional have absolute technical performances: anti-scratch, anti-stain, hygiene, resistance to heat, frost and humidity. They are easy to clean and do not lose their chromatic properties even when exposed to sunlight and atmospheric agents.

Outdoor Kitchen srl offers a top-of-the-range solution for opening systems, using top-of-the-range hinges and guides including slowdown and synchronization systems, enhancing them with a nanotechnology treatment. This surface treatment consists of a series of operations aimed at improving the materials against the chromatic and chemical alterations caused by atmospheric agents such as metal oxides, smog and oxidation processes in general.

Outdoor Kitchen here as in other situations expresses its specialization. In fact, all the screws applied are in A2 stainless steel certified for outdoor use even in the presence of saline fog as in the proximity of maritime territories.
